Shoshannah Wagenberg
Shoshannah Wagenberg has worked at Canada’s top Bay Street firms for over 10 years. She received her legal administration diploma in 1994 and her corporate law clerk certification in 2005. She is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
Shoshannah is well-versed in the area of corporate law and can assist with business name registrations, incorporations, organizations, amalgamations, continuances, disolutions, extra-provincial registrations, maintenance of corporate records and annual filings. Over the years she has also worked in the areas of civil litigation (including small claims court), real estate and family law as both a legal assistant and as a law clerk.
Shoshannah is a commissioner for the swearing of affidavits in Ontario.
